Bookings and rates

The rates listed are subject to change at anytime. The rental rate varies depending on how long you are staying. Rates are reduced for longer stays.

For bookings during the Scone Horse Cup week, there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement at the weekend rate.

The Christmas and New Year rates are not listed on the website, please send your inquiry to us, and our booking consultants will respond with the availability details and rates. All quoted tariffs include 10% GST.

To book an apartment please phone INN Scone on 02 6545 3848 or 0448 058 038 or email with your details and requirements. Bookings are confirmed following receipt of your rental payment. Accommodation is paid for in advance. For stays of up to 1 month, the amount payable is due in full. For stays longer than 1 month, payments can be made in monthly instalments.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card [Visa, Mastercard and American Express] and by direct bank deposit.

Payments by cash also need to leave credit card details or to pay a bond of $500 for security, and meet a 100 point ID check.

Arrival / Departure

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in. Please phone 0448 058 038 if alternative arrangements are required.

Guest Responsibilities

  • It is the responsibility of every guest to read and abide by these terms and conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issue with the property to the Guest Manager. This includes any disturbance, damage, loss or any criminal matter relating to the property.
  • Serviced apartments are to be used only for accommodation. Parties or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • All damages and breakages payable (see Damages & Breakages section).
  • The number of tenants must not exceed the maximum number allowed and listed on your booking confirmation. If a property is reported to be overloaded, the tenants will asked to vacate, with no refund made.
  • Guests should show respect and care for the property and ensure doors and windows are locked when vacated.
  • Guests are expected to keep the property at an acceptable level of cleanliness that would be considered acceptable to an average person. Any unacceptable damage resulting from poor cleanliness will be charged to the guest. If cleaners are required to make additional charges these will be passed on to the guest.
  • Please consider other tenants at all times.
  • Pets are not allowed in all properties.
  • All apartments are non-smoking, if you smoke in the apartment you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Cleaning

Your apartment will be cleaned once a week.If your booking is for less than 7 days the apartment will be cleaned on departure. We are happy to organise an extra cleaning service for you at the following rates:

  • Studio apartment $50 + gst
  • One bedroom apartment $70 + gst

Damages and breakages

Your credit card details will be held as security. Breakages or damage to the apartment resulting from your occupancy will be paid for by the guest. In the event of damages incurred by you or your visitors to the apartment, your credit card will be deducted with a charge in accordance with the damages and a receipt will be forwarded to your nominated email address.

Facilities

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with linen. They have a well equipped kitchen, TV and, DVD and ipod docking station (coming soon).

Internet

Wireless and cable broadband is available in your apartment. Please make enquiries about the various rates available on your arrival.

Terms and Policies

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: 2pm/10am (or by arrangement)
RATE INCLUSIONS: Accommodation and all linen. Tea/coffee provisions
RATE EXCLUDES: Breakfast, provisions or apartment servicing
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Direct deposit available, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Diners
FINAL PAYMENT:
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: All damage, theft, repairs, breakage & accounts will be charged to your credit card. Credit card details are required prior to booking.
CLEANING: INN Scone has a Non-smoking policy. Should a guest smoke inside the building a $100 surcharge will be made to cover extra cleaning charges. The apartments are cleaned and all linen changed at every guest change, or at end of each full week booking. Daily cleaning and bed making can be arranged as an optional extra. The apartments can be rented for longer terms on a residential or commercial lease basis by negotiation.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE: 2 adults + one small child
CHILDREN’S POLICY: Please arrange for, or bring your own cot/bedding.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations & Refund Policy

7+ Day Booking Cancellations

A booking fee of $3.95 is non refundable. INN Scone will refund any prepaid amounts (less $40 administration fee) if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule:

  • Over 30 days before arrival – full refund (less administration fee)
  • 8 – 30 days before arrival – 50% refund
  • 0 – 7 days before arrival – no refund

1 – 7 Day Booking Cancellations

A booking fee of $3.95 is non refundable. INN Scone will refund any prepaid amounts (less $40 administration fee) if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule:

  • Over 7 days before arrival – full refund (less administration fee)
  • 0 – 7 days before arrival – no refund

Cancellation by INN Scone
INN Scone reserves the right to cancel any booking before or during your stay. Should this occur, INN Scone will either provide a full refund for the remainder of your stay, or move you to an alternative apartment of a similar standard. If damages occur and/or the terms and conditions are breached, then the guest may be asked to leave. In this case, no refund will be provided and damage charges will be levied.

NOISE: The apartment is located in a residential area, as well as other guests at INN scone and therefore occupants must comply with the local Government Noise Pollution Act which requires subdued noise levels after 11pm and before 7am. We appreciate your consideration. We do not allow parties to take place in the apartment. If there are any complaints received from our neighbours, you will be required to leave and no remuneration will be provided.
